Merry Christmas

Here's a Swedish christmas song which you won't understand if you don't know Swedish. But the video is quite amusing even if you don't get the lyrics.

It's not the usual christmas message about peace and all that. It's actually more of an anti christmas song.

The song is from 1980 and is written and performed by Anders F Rönnblom.

The chorus goes approximately like this:

Merry Christmas, Merry Christmas! (Repeated four times)

It's not the snow that's falling,
it's some other solace.
Picasso's acrobats are dancing over my chest.

It's not the snow that's falling
when I need to be comforted,
when disguised democrats kick their boots in my chest.

Doesn't that make your eyes twinkle?
Merry Christmas!
